Remington Williams was washing dishes during her shift at a North Austin Chipotle in August 2017 when a modeling agency spotted her.
“She’s wearing this Chipotle uniform — T-shirt, hat, pants,” Tanni Foreman, owner of model scouting and placement agency Foreman Management, said in 2017. “With me, when I see a potential model, I can tell very quickly, I can see in their faces if they’ve got what it takes.
Williams, who at the time was a 19-year-old ACC student studying graphic design with no previous modeling experience, was shocked. And intrigued.
Less than a month later, she found herself on the catwalks for Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs.
Those who remember her Cinderella story will happily enjoy her forever – Williams is now one of the country’s top models. In recent weeks, she’s modeled for Sephora and Coach, attended New York Fashion Week, attended the Met Gala after parties and been featured in “British Vogue.”
On her Instagram, @stuckinteenage, her posts remain upbeat and humble. She recently called Fashion Week 2019 “truly magical.”
“Couldn’t be more grateful to say I was involved,” she wrote.
Foreman credits Williams’ success to his strong work ethic and humble attitude.
“She’s gone from cleaning pans at Chipotle to meeting designers at Fashion Week. Her work ethic is so strong that she’s grateful for everything,” Foreman said in a previous interview. favorite of this company. I love finding someone and changing their life.
